Nick Coupe B.A.(Hons) MA MRICS joined in 2008 as a graduate surveyor after completing a post graduate degree at CASS University, London. He qualified as a member of the RICS in 2011.

A Chartered Surveyor with over 27 years experience covering all aspects of the commercial property sector both as advisor and principal. Nigel handles the professional and asset management work for retained clients of the practice as well as providing property investment advice on the purchase, active management and sale of commercial property across all the traditional sectors of the market.

Whilst at CBRE, Alison acted for many Corporate Occupiers in devising and facilitating acquisitions and disposal strategies in order to enhance the value of their property portfolios in the UK and throughout EMEA. Previously, Alison has been an Executive Director of an AIM listed property company and prior to that was UK Acquisitions and Disposal Manager at Santander Bank. She qualified as a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 2000.
